LinkedIn has many advantages over other social networks. As the one platform that's mostly focused on communicating with other professionals, it is a excellent spot for companies to advertise their brand, also as their mission and vision. People tend to be more focussed when using it as there's a more business- and career-focussed bent thereto . Quite simply, it's a neater network to crack in terms of building quality network and targeting the audience that you're trying to succeed in .

Here's my very own list of seven quick, easy actions you'll fancy improve your LinkedIn experience and communication flow.

1. "The Magic Ten"

Think about doing 10 interactions each day , comment, like, and share. Every one of those is one interaction.

2. Network

ree

Remember to create and grow your network. Connect with 10 people of your choice that you

simply feel are going to be valuable in your network.

3. Profile

ree

Look critically at your profile and confirm that it really declares who you're and what you represent . Ensure you're using all the proper keywords if you would like to be found: so do a fast search and see where you come up and work from there.

4. Routine

Try and get into the habit of posting. If you are not posting in the least , once a year would be better than nothing! But ideally, you ought to be posting once, twice, or maybe 3 times every week .Keep in mind that sharing content, like a news article or a friend's update, are often counted as a post. The trick is to place your own mark thereon together with your own slant of what you're asking people to do> then you'll take the glory of comments, likes, and shares on your post.

5. Voice

ree

Reply to someone with a voice message. Take action, with even only one voice message. If someone makes contact with you, with an inquiry or question, leave them a voice message back ... and see how powerful which will be. Try it!

6. Action

ree

In your LinkedIn posts, invite action. Don't just expect people to comment, like, and share. If you would like them to try and do something, ask them to comment properly. You could use polls and other tools to urge interactivity, but do not be afraid to ask - people will usually be receptive and willing to point out themselves out there too.

7. Mentions

ree

This last tip is my cheeky way of getting into front of people and going to a broader network. As well as including hashtags, attempt to use @mentions. Even once I share content someone posted - say a “The Designate” post - I'll share their content and say, "Thanks @designate_official." In this manner I'm (shamelessly) getting myself and my profile ahead of all of the Designate's audience.

These are all completely legitimate ways of communicating on LinkedIn. But it's these clever little tactics which will just make the difference of reaching more people and further exposing your brand.
